WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide. The excluded countries are Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES ON THE SITE IN?

You can choose the store currency by clicking on the language picker. The checkout will be recalculated to CZK currency according to current exchange rate set by Shopify (store platform), so the payment will happen in CZK. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Accepted payment methods are American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, and Paypal.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

It usually takes 3-7 business days to fulfill an order. After that, the shipping times are estimated as follows:

• USA: 3–4 business days

• Europe: 6–8 business days

• Australia: 2–14 business days

• Japan: 4–8 business days

• International: 10–20 business days 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you'll receive the email with tracking details.

HOW CAN I MAKE A REFUND?

You can contact us within 30 days of purchasing the item. Please note that you must comply with our return policies to issue a refund.

HOW CAN CUSTOMERS RETURN PRODUCTS?

To start a return, please contact us at support@majpcrafts.com first. If your return is accepted, we will instructions on how and where to send your package.

HOW MUCH IS THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE?

At the moment, we do not pay for return shipping fee. 

THE CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT THAT ALLOW ME RETURNS?

The same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, ideally with tags (if contains), and ideally in its original packaging.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT IF THE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ME?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.
